Returns & Exchanges

Welcome to Engo Clothing Shop, where we strive to make every experience with our Disney-themed apparel as magical as the products themselves! We understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit or match your expectations. That’s why we’ve created a hassle-free returns and exchanges process to ensure your complete satisfaction.

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

• In its original condition with all tags attached
• Unwashed, unworn, and undamaged
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

To preserve the magic and hygiene of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Costumes (due to their specialized nature and hygiene considerations)
• Pajamas & Sleepwear (for health and safety reasons)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
• Products without their original tags and packaging

Please choose these magical items carefully, as we cannot accept returns for costumes or sleepwear once they’ve left our enchanted warehouse.

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer service fairy godmothers will review your request and respond within 2 business days with:

• Return authorization (if approved)
• Shipping instructions and return address
• Any additional information needed

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, please package your item securely and ship it to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You should see the refund in your original payment method within:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days after we process the refund
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the refund

What Will Be Refunded?

• Full cost of the returned item(s)
• Original shipping fees (unless you selected free shipping)

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping times will apply for the new item.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

If your magical Disney apparel arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.

Can I return sale items?

Sale items can be returned within the 15-day window, provided they meet our return conditions and aren’t part of our non-returnable categories.

What if I’m returning an international order?

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with their return. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially reduce these fees.
